Rates are standard rates per person and night. Please always send an inquiry – depending on season, house, number of guests and length of stay they may differ.

From 3 weeks: continuous stay, including weekends. All rates include 7 % statutory VAT.
- We generally rent from 2 nights.
- In exceptional cases (events, contract partners) also for a single night – with a surcharge of at least €6 per person.
- Mandatory weekly cleaning fee: €10 per person.
- Hand and bath towels on request for €5 per person.
- When a whole property is booked by a small group, at least €6 per unoccupied bed.
- Children under 4 stay free in their parents' bed.
- High-speed Wi-Fi via fibre
- Bed linen – we make up the beds for you
- Use of the kitchen; every room has its own fridge
- Kitchen equipment: pots, plates, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, hob
- Daylight bathrooms, partly accessible
- Water, heating, electricity, waste disposal
- Parking at the house
- Barbecue facilities (charcoal)
- Final cleaning
- Guest towels
- Soap, washing-up liquid, toilet paper and kitchen towels as an initial supply
- Free choice of teas and spices
- Access to the laundry room (coin operated, €1)
- Dog bowl and accessories
- Pets on request; permitted in the Burgfried house (deposit reserved).
- Non-smoking houses.
- To be left swept clean.
- Not a party venue; statutory quiet hours apply.
- Only the people listed in the booking may stay, up to the stated maximum.
- Charging electric vehicles is not permitted.
- We currently charge no deposit but reserve the right to do so.
- We accept prepayment by bank transfer only.
- Cash payment on site may be possible by prior arrangement.
- Debit/credit cards and cheques are not accepted.
- A booking is binding as soon as it is requested by the guest and confirmed by us – including verbally or by telephone.
- In case of no-show or partial arrival we charge 100 % of the booked period.
