Unterkunft4You offers two fully equipped holiday houses and a separate apartment for employees, contractors, tradespeople, service technicians, business travellers and project teams. Up to 24 beds are available in total.
There are no dormitories or bunk beds. Our rooms are equipped with single beds and can also be booked for single occupancy, subject to availability. This makes our accommodation suitable for individual employees as well as small and larger teams.

Short assignments or longer projects
Our standard minimum stay is two nights. In exceptional cases, a one-night stay may be possible for a surcharge – please ask us.
Stays lasting several weeks or months are possible subject to availability. This makes our accommodation suitable for longer construction, installation and project assignments in the Rhine-Main region.
For longer stays, we provide weekly interim cleaning. Bed linen is changed at least every 14 days.
Depending on the property and occupancy, a limited number of spaces suitable for vans are available. Free public parking is also available nearby. Please mention larger vehicles when making your inquiry.

Proper invoices with your reference details
Every stay is invoiced officially. Companies receive a proper invoice with the required business details and VAT shown.
On request, we can include additional details such as construction site, project name, purchase order number, cost centre or other internal references on the invoice.
